Visiting Pittsburgh's North Shore

We had a nice fall day to visit the north shore of Pittsburgh, PA.

We stopped at the new statue of Mr Rogers

We also toured the replica of the Nina and Pinta that were in town for the weekend.

Erie, PA

Civil War Trail in Virginia

The Starship has just returned from the civil war trail in Virginia.

We started in Washington DC by stopping at the Marine Memorial at Arlington National Cemetery.

Then we toured several sites in Richmond VA.

We than followed the path of Lee's retreat and we ended up at the McLean family house in Appomattox Court House National Historic Park.

Then we headed back to home base through West Virginia.
